I loved the cleanliness and convenience of this hotel. The hotel facilities were impressive and the location was very close to the centre of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the city center which is convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. the apartment is cozy and glamorous, with excellent facilities like comfortable rooms and bathrooms with hot water. the hotel staff is friendly and communicates well with guests, providing handy maps for exploring the area.
Some guests have mentioned that there is confusion around check-in and communication with the host needs to be improved.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the apartment was close to the heart of the city. This meant that there were numerous great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. the host offered useful maps and was very hospitable in giving us a tour of the apartment during check-in. One amazing aspect was how cozy and comfortable the apartment was for us.
We experienced some issues with the kitchen not being fully equipped with basic items like a coffee maker, can opener, and a wine bottle opener, which was a bit frustrating. we had some issues with communication regarding the check-in process and it was quite confusing initially.

Great Apartment in a great location, just a short walk away from many great coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed.
We had a bit of trouble with our check-in process as the instructions were a little unclear, and the language barrier with the manager made it difficult for us to get a key. We also had a few issues with some missing items in the kitchen, but when we reached out to the host they were not very accommodating.
